BREAK THE CYCLE
You are in "survival" mode, and it takes everything within you just to complete the day
The demands and pace of work, family, school, and life are faster and harder than ever.

STEP 1 - THE BEGINNING
1. Reognize the problem exists - acknowledge a change is needed.
2. MAKE ONE CHANGE...Introduce something new - DISRUPT THE CYCLE
  Example:
I introduced AdvoCare Spark in the morning on an empty stomach.

3. KEEP A JOURNAL
Use technology  (MyFitnessPal, etc.) if that works best, if not - use a simple tablet, a calendar.  Make notes on how you feel, what you are eating, doing.  The purpose is to capture your "as-is" state.
Know where you are, in order to create a path to success.
STEP 2 - THE CHALLENGE WILL RESET YOU
The hardest part was STEP 1 - Step 2 will BREAK THE CYCLE!
